"I was in distress due to having been in an accident and very confused and unsure. Megan very assuredly explained to whole process that I needed to attend to and assisted in getting the people of the claims department of State Farm directly in contact with me. As a result, I was in a rental car by the end of the day and also retrieving my personal items from the damaged vehicle. I felt that, because of Megan's work, State Farm Insurance is truly a good neighbor."
