As a Customer Service Representative for the Sam Haddadin State Farm Agency, you would be a key player in driving our business and customer success! RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $43,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
